CrossFit Preschool, CrossFit Kids, and CrossFit Teens are offered in rolling six-week sessions throughout the year, but our doors are always open to new young athletes. If a child missed the start of a session, they can enroll mid session.
CrossFit Kids is a physical activity program that is geared to get kids MOVING. It incorporates functional movements that involve exercises that are fundamental to all kids when they play-pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting and jumping.
Our workouts will increase physical competence in ten fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy all while having fun! All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained and certified CrossFit Kids coaches.
CrossFit PreSchool puts the fun in fitness, and is mainly focused on building body, space, and object awareness while MOVING!
CrossFit Kids presents fitness in a fun manner, but takes the foundational movements further and focuses on perfecting form and adding intensity.
CrossFit Teens presents young atheletes with a modification of our regular CrossFit workout scaled to individualized skill levels and abilities.
