Drop In Athletes

Visiting Harrisonburg or the Shenandoah Valley? Travelling down I-81 and need to get some sweat in? We'd love to have you.

 Just let us know you're coming to the Rock.

We ask that Drop In Athletes have at least three months CrossFit experience.

Please plan to arrive five to ten minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign (our insurance friends make us do this) and introduce you to our gym.
