Personal Training & 1:1 Coaching

Our coaching staff can provide one-on-one personal training with clients or work one-on-one with athletes to help with specific CrossFit skills or movements.  Our coaches have over thirty years combined training experience and cover a range of specialties such as youth athletics, skill specific training, and senior fitness.


Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is crucial to health and performance. Whether you need to establish a lifelong approach to nutrition, want to improve your performance, are ready make changes to your body composition, or need assistance with specific diets Lauren can guide and support you on your journey through personalized nutrition coaching. Lauren focuses on commitment, consistency and support while providing the tools required for each athlete to meet their unique goals within their lifestyle.


Accessory and Supplemental Programming

Accessory programming is the little exercises that contribute to the bigger exercises. Accessory work is anything that compliment the bilateral and full-body movements in CrossFit and Sports. Bilateral movements involve using both sides of the body together. Think of movements such as squats, presses, deadlifts, cleans, pullups, pushups– the list goes on.

Accessory work may involve isolation exercises that target one muscle or muscle group or involve unilateral movements that use one side of the body, with the intended goal of improving overall performance and helping you become a better version of yourself.  These movements coupled with proper nutrition and regular training can transform your body into the perfect storm.


Sports Performance Training

Training that translates from the gym to the field or the court. Focusing on athletes’ reaction time, speed, and agility along with adding strength and power is crucial for any athlete no matter what skill level or sport. We offer both group and individual training for athletes ages 12-18 years old. You’ve come to the right place whether you’re trying to make the team, increase your agility, or shave a few tenths of a second off your 40.
