Join The ROck

Step One

Contact us and drop in. Anyone can do CrossFit. Your first class is free and we can scale the workout to any level of fitness, even if you haven't excercised in a long time.


Step Two

Schedule PEAK - Our 1:1 introductory coaching with all new athletes. You'll learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit. How long an athelete works with a coach before graduating PEAK depends on the individual, but PEAK must be completed before moving on to regularly joining a class. The coach at your drop in will get you the details. 

If you're an experienced CrossFitter, show us that you know what you're doing and you won't need to complete PEAK.
