Head Coach Lauren Black is a Nutrition Specialist who focuses on macronutrients - the building blocks of a healthy diet. Her experience ranges from helping individuals create long-term healthy habits surrounding food to assistance with specific diets to meet their goals. 

Nutrition Coaching Details

  • Personalized caloric and macronutrient goals

  • Body composition analysis and realistic goal setting

  • Weekly fifteen minute check-ins, in person, via phone, or via Skype or FaceTime to follow weekly progress and to provide feedback about what and when you are eating.
