All athletes participating #InTheOpen at Rocktown CrossFit must sign up through the buttons below for the day they want to complete the workout by 8pm the Thursday prior.

Coaches will then use these reservations to set exact heat times based on the equipment needed, the length of the workout, and the judges available.

Athletes must sign up for each workout, so make sure to register for 19.1, 19.2, 19.3, 19.4, and 19.5. They’re all available for sign up now.

Not #InTheOpen? You’ve got an important job too. Show up to the workouts and cheer everyone on. It’s about the community.

Dates and Times

February 22nd - February 24th: 19.1
March 1st - March 3rd: 19.2
March 8th - March 10th: 19.3
March 15th - March 17th: 19.4
March 22nd - March 24th: 19.5

Judged heats begin at 5:30pm on Fridays, 9:00am on Saturdays, and at 1:00pm on Sundays.

Friday 5:30pm, Friday 6:30pm, and Saturday 10:00am classes are canceled during The Open.
