What is Sweat?

SWEAT is a 45-minute conditioning class that will no doubt deliver on its name.  We will use rowers, sleds, bikes, dumbbells and simple gymnastics to get you that full body sweat you’re looking for.  This class is for everyone, no previous experience necessary…come hungry, leave sweaty.

Workouts will change daily and not be posted ahead of time.

What’s the difference between Sweat and CrossFit Class?

CrossFit classes require PEAK training before you can participate.  Sweat allows anyone at any level to jump in at any time.  There are no barbells used during Sweat and instead of scaling workout the difficulty of the movements can be increased if you feel you’re up to the challenge: change Ring Rows to Pull ups, Box Step Ups to Box Jumps, or however else you want to make yourself sweat.

Don’t mistake this for a bootcamp class.  Forty-five minutes of high intensity training with a purpose at the baddest fitness facility in the Shenandoah Valley.  But enough about us…come see for yourself, I promise there won’t be a dry body in the house!

Can I take Sweat and a CrossFit class in the same day?

100% - Do Sweat at 11:00am and CrossFit at noon on Mondays and Wednesdays or 3:30pm Sweat into the 4:30pm CrossFit on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
